Symmetry PVA Brush Roller has eliminated the need for pre-cleaning,
significantly reduced or eliminated the break-in period for PVA brush
rollers, and reduced particle and trace metal contaminant levels.
The cleaning performance of the brush is influenced not
only by the tool and the chemistry but also by the quality of the
installation, cleanliness and handling of the brush. Many types of cleanroom gloves contain contaminates, which can be
transferred to the brush during the installation process. In choosing the
appropriate glove the ionic content, cleanroom
level, chemical compatibility and any potential allergic reactions need to
be considered for each specific application.
